Bombshell Hopefully

As you see on the cover of her new book, Suzanne promises "MEDICAL SECRETS THAT WILL REDEFINE AGING". This is exciting, and I hope she delivers. (Please let me know what you think if you get to reading it before I do.)

But ... I would point out that there is general medical knowledge - no secrets - that already redefines aging.

Like ...eat more vegetables, get more exercise, get more sleep, meditate, develop loving relationships.

These knowns are not so sexy, but available to most of us. I would bet that some of those "MEDICAL SECRETS" cost an arm and a leg.

To health!

  1. Suzanne Somers seems like a lovely person, and to redefine aging is a worthy quest; I just hope she will say "Enough!" to plastic surgery before it is too late. She was a very beautiful young woman, so she would be a very beautiful older and OLD woman. So many of us must work for that delicate balance between doing what we can to prolong a semblance of youthful appearance and accepting the inevitable. While there might be a place in there for a bit of cosmetic surgery for some, it is a slippery slope--and there's no going back once the damage is done.~Jean

  2. Anonymous,
I agree with you, the arena of cosmetic surgery is one that deserves careful attention. No question that this slope is slippery in America! Thank you for your thoughtful comment!
